There are no accounts and no logins. There is no contact form, no newsletter, and no comment section. No advertising runs on this site, and it carries no tracking pixels, social media plugins, or embedded content from other sites. Fonts and images are served by the site itself.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit which pages. It runs through a small script loaded from cloudflareinsights.com. Cloudflare states that it uses no cookies or other client-side storage, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track anyone across sites. The numbers it produces are aggregates: page views, visits, countries, referring sites, browsers, and operating systems. Blocking scripts from cloudflareinsights.com in your browser stops the collection entirely.

This site runs on a single self-managed server hosted with IONOS in the European Union. Operating it produces short-lived technical logs for troubleshooting. They rotate automatically, they stay on that server, and they are not used for profiling. There is no long-term access log.

Email is the easiest way to reach me. When you write to hello@jannwong.com, your message and your address are processed by my email provider so the mail can arrive, and then kept in my mailbox. I do not share contact details with anyone else. If you reach me on LinkedIn, that platform handles data under its own policy.
